About Kimber McJunkin

Kimber loves working with people and helping them with one of the most personal purchases in their lives. For Kimber working with buyers and sellers is very personal. Kimber’s diverse background in all facets of the home building, buying, and selling process are invaluable. In 2006 after completely renovating their 1950’s ranch home in North Dallas down to the studs, Kimber and her husband were hooked. Jack and Kimber started building custom homes and specs throughout the metroplex. From designing the floorplan to the finishes Kimber was involved at every step. The only part they didn’t cover was listing the house. She felt that with getting her license she had come full circle. Add to all of this, over 17 years of combined interior design and professional home staging experience, Kimber’s expertise is priceless. Her ability to brilliantly stage and position properties is a hallmark of Kimber’s high-touch, hands-on strategic style helping the homes she lists come alive.

Outside of real estate, Kimber is the oldest of four girls in a very close-knit family. Kimber was born in New Jersey, raised in Atlanta, GA, and has since lived in DFW for 30 years. Kimber raised her oldest son in Flower Mound and her youngest son just finished 5th grade in Southlake Carroll ISD. (Go Dragons!) Her husband Jack was born and raised in Richardson, TX. Jack and his father, Jack McJunkin Sr., blazed the path for several decades in the Dallas commercial real estate market, in building, acquisition, land development and leasing.

Kimber enjoys a variety of hobbies including spending time with family in South Texas at the ranch, anything golf, discovering the best local flavor that DFW restaurants have to offer, art and painting, and spending time with her toes in the sand on the beach alongside her family in Sarasota, Florida
